Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of InstantIndexer.in at https://instantindexer.in, including the website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

InstantIndexer.in lets you submit web page URLs (for example backlinks, blog posts or money pages) to an instant indexing queue so that search engines are notified about them faster. You can submit URLs from your dashboard (up to 1,000 per batch) or through our API.

InstantIndexer.in is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or any other search engine.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide a real, working email address and keep your details accurate. We may require you to verify your email before using the Service.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and API keys. Keep your password and API keys secret and tell us immediately if you think they have been misused.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse sign-up bonuses, promotions or limits is not allowed.

Credits and pricing

• The Service runs on prepaid credits. Each URL costs 10 credits. The price of each plan and the number of credits it includes are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Every submitted line is charged, including lines that are not valid URLs and duplicates, because they are processed as part of your batch. Please check your list before submitting.
• If a batch cannot be accepted by the indexing queue, the credits for that batch are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or plans at any time. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.

Payments

You can pay by the methods shown on the plans page, which may include international cards, UPI and USDT (TRC20 or BEP20).

• Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partner (Dodo Payments). We never see or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to the partner's own terms.
• USDT payments: each order shows a unique amount, a network and our wallet address. You must send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown. Network fees (TRX or BNB) are paid by you. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or in a different token cannot be recovered by us. If the amount received does not match the order, the order is reviewed manually.
• Credits are added only after the payment has been confirmed on our server (by the payment partner or on the blockchain).
• All prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise. You are responsible for any bank, exchange or currency conversion fees.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only submit URLs you have the right to promote, and never use the Service for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content or to harm others. We may refuse, remove or not process any submission at our discretion.

API

• API access uses the same credits and prices as the dashboard. API keys are personal to your account.
• Rate limits apply. Do not try to bypass limits, overload our systems or access data that is not yours.
• We may change, limit or discontinue API features; we will try to give reasonable notice of breaking changes.

Security monitoring

To protect users and prevent fraud, we record login activity, IP addresses and device information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may block IP addresses, devices or accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in abuse, fraud, chargebacks or multiple-account abuse.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time.

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, file a fraudulent chargeback, or if we are required to by law. If your account is closed for a breach, remaining credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any URL will be indexed or ranked.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantIndexer.in will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, traffic or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold InstantIndexer.in harmless from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submissions, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or on your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring proceedings where you live.
